Caroline advises individuals, families and trustees on a broad range of issues including asset protection, tax and succession planning. This includes drafting wills and powers of attorney, pre and post-death estate planning, executry administration, and creating and advising on trusts.

Caroline studied Law and Spanish Law at the University of Aberdeen, graduating in 2009. As part of her degree, Caroline spent a year studying Spanish Law at the University of Seville in Spain. Caroline obtained the Diploma in Legal Practice in 2010 and joined Turcan Connell as a trainee in 2011, qualifying as a solicitor in 2013.

Caroline is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). In 2014, she was awarded the STEP Trust & Executry Accounting Student of the Year Award for the highest marks in the 2013 exam. She has also completed and passed the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients in 2016. Caroline speaks fluent Spanish.
