Neil Wilson

I am qualified in Scots law and have more than 35 years' experience as a commercial property specialist working with clients from Scotland and other parts of the UK. My principal areas of practice involve landlord & tenant issues, investment property transactions, security work, purchases and sales, commercial property developments, planning agreements, option and overage/claw-back agreements, property aspects of corporate transactions and advising on the real estate, leasing and security aspects of onshore wind energy and hydro-electric projects, both for developers and funders.

I have also been a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in Commercial Leasing and I am involved with professional training in property law at Edinburgh University.

My aim is to provide practical and realistic advice and assistance to help to achieve the client’s aims.
