Running for The Rebecca Dykes Foundation the five person group raised a significant amount

Congratulations are due to our Partners Tom Duguid and Peter Littlefield, Senior Associate Scott Hunter,  Solicitor Beth Evans and Solicitor David McBurnie who took part in the Great North Run half marathon on the 9th September.

Beth's cousin Rebecca Dykes was killed in Lebanon on December 16, 2017 while she was working for the Department of International Development. The Rebecca Dykes Foundation was set up in Rebecca’s  memory and the aim of the Foundation is to continue her humanitarian and stabilisation work for refugees and other vulnerable communities, with a particular focus on women's empowerment and preventing violence against women.

An incredible £5,388 was achieved by the Turcan Connell team, with the total raised by those running  for the Foundation on the day currently sitting at over £73,000. The charity has raised over £200,000 since Rebecca’s death last year. It’s not too late to sponsor the team using the link: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/team-psl-td.
