Hours Full time: 33.75 hours a week, Monday to Friday
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented newly qualified property lawyer to join our Land and Property team. The successful candidate will preferably have had experience in the area of rural property within their traineeship. This position is on a full time basis based in our Edinburgh office.
Our Land and Property team provides advice on all aspects of rural and urban property transactions. Along with handling the purchase, sale and leasing of property, we also advise on all legal aspects of managing and financing rural property.
Your work would involve providing advice to estate owners, farmers, the owners and occupiers of both urban and rural property, and rural property developers. Advice would be on sales, purchases, leases and other arrangements relating to the ownership and management of land and the built environment. You would be expected to have a sound knowledge of Scottish property law. You will be able to handle a wide variety of challenging work with minimum supervision.
In providing advice to clients, you will work with other private client experts to ensure that fully integrated holistic advice is given to our clients.
