Beth Evans

I advise individuals and families primarily in the areas of inheritance tax planning, succession, asset protection and trust law. I also provide advice on the ongoing administration of trusts, charities and executry estates. I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

I believe that clarity and empathy are important parts of my role. Providing valuable advice requires an understanding of each individual’s motivations and priorities and it is rewarding to be trusted with often very personal or complex issues. My aim is always to provide practical, informed advice and I think our clients appreciate my friendly and honest approach.
