Sally Nash

Sally is an Associate in the Family Law Team and advises on a wide range of Family Law issues. She has particular expertise in dealing with the complexities of high net worth financial provision cases.

Sally is widely experienced in advising on, and successfully negotiating, the broad scope of financial issues arising from separation and the preparation of Separation Agreements. She also regularly advises on negotiating and preparing Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements.
Sally works closely with Philippa Cunniff and has considerable experience of conducting cases in the Court of Session. Her recent experience includes high profile cases involving the valuation of shares in private companies, taxation and pension interests as well as cases involving a cross-border or international element.

Sally is dual-qualified in English and Scots Law which provides her with an additional perspective in dealing with cross-border issues and as a solicitor enrolled in England and Wales she is able to assist with appropriate cases in England.

Sally graduated from Glasgow University in 2001 with an LLB (Hons) degree and completed her Diploma in Legal Practice at Glasgow Graduate School of Law. On qualifying in 2004 Sally moved to Turcan Connell to join the Family Law Team. She was promoted to Senior Solicitor in 2007 and in April 2009 became an Associate. Sally is qualified to practise Collaborative Family Law, is a member of Resolution in England and a Member of the Family Law Association.
