Robin is a Senior Solicitor working in the Land and Property Department. Robin's broad remit involves advising on all aspects of estates conveyancing. He is experienced in the sale and purchase of urban residential properties, large country properties, estates, forestry holdings and development sites. In addition to sales and purchases, Robin acts in the letting of rural, residential and commercial properties, as well as advising on Licences and Minutes of Waiver. He has developed a particular interest in rural servitudes, an area in which he has significant experience.
In addition to property work, Robin undertakes company secretarial work for a number of rural companies including farming and forestry companies.
Robin graduated LLB (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh and trained at Brodies LLP before joining Turcan Connell in May 2004. Robin qualified as a solicitor in August 2004 and became Senior Solicitor in April 2007.
