I work with business owners to provide them with advice in relation to all aspects of business law. I deal with a wide range of matters, from mergers, acquisitions and ongoing contractual issues, to business succession and exit strategies. A key part of that is working with family businesses to review and improve their governance documentation to ensure their intentions for their business are fulfilled.

I know how important it is for our clients to be able to trust that we will always have their backs and will always be there in difficult times to give them realistic and pragmatic advice. The challenges businesses face can be hugely varied and I enjoy working closely with those businesses to find solutions that work best for them, utilising the knowledge of our experienced team.
