Sarah Buchan

As a Solicitor in the Tax and Succession team, my work involves advising individuals, families, trustees and executors on a wide range of estate planning matters. This includes drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trust Deeds, and dealing with the administration of executries and trusts.

I enjoy meeting and getting to know my clients, and find it rewarding to be trusted with often very personal, complex issues. I aim to provide clear, thoughtful and pragmatic advice to help my clients navigate challenging periods in their lives.
