Ruari Peoples

My work focuses on dispute resolution, litigation and employment law. I advise and assist clients in a range of areas including property and contractual disputes, contentious trusts and executries, landlord and tenant issues, and a variety of employment matters. I represent clients in the Sheriff Court and the employment and First-tier Tribunals and assist with the conduct of proceedings in other forums such as the Court of Session. Prior to joining the firm, I worked for the Scottish court service for a number of years and apply that experience and insight to help our clients achieve positive outcomes.

I communicate in a clear and straightforward manner, giving practical advice which is focused at all times on what the client aims to accomplish. I take a pragmatic approach to finding the most effective solutions for clients’ individual circumstances.
