I specialise in rural land transactional work within our Land and Property team. Predominantly, I deal with rural property sales and purchases, the buying and selling of plots of land, farmland and forestry, residential leases and servitudes. Working towards completion dates in particular can be a stressful time for clients, and I ensure they are kept up to date and at ease every step of the way.
My work involves close client contact and giving advice clients can trust. As there are often more complexities involved in rural work, it is important to assess each transaction individually in order to give the most relevant information. I consider all the factors at play before providing the best advice on any given transaction.
