Rebecca Gray

I specialise in tax and succession planning for families and business owners in the UK and internationally. I deal with all aspects of estate planning, including advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney, administering executries and trusts, and capital tax planning. I advise on structures such as trusts, partnerships and family investment companies. I have a particular interest in entrepreneurs which began when I was a Saltire Scholar in 2017. I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having achieved my diploma with Distinction, a tutor on the Private Client course on the University of Edinburgh Diploma in Legal Practice and a volunteer supervising solicitor at the Free Legal Advice Centre in Edinburgh.

I enjoy getting to know my clients and seek to build strong, lasting relationships with them which can extend to multiple generations. I make sure to understand each client’s circumstances and objectives which enables me to provide them with tailored advice relevant to their requirements. I value being involved as an adviser at potentially difficult times and helping clients navigate such situations.
