Jennifer works alongside Gillian Crandles as a Senior Solicitor in the Divorce and Family Law team, providing advice on the full range of family law issues including financial provision on divorce and separation, cohabitation and child-related matters. Jennifer has a particular interest in cohabitation issues and has written for the Scottish Private Client Law Review. She advises on cohabitation agreements, as well as prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements.During her traineeship, Jennifer gained experience in Investments, successfully completing Unit One of the CFA Investment Management Certificate. Along with her exposure to tax and trusts, this puts her in a strong position to advise individuals with complex financial affairs.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Edinburgh with First Class Honours in 2011, receiving her Diploma in Legal Practice in 2012. She joined Turcan Connell as a trainee in October 2012 and qualified as a solicitor in October 2014. Jennifer was promoted to Senior Solicitor in 2018.
