Graham is a Senior Solicitor and Notary Public focussing on all aspects of succession planning including Will drafting, inheritance tax and capital gains tax advice, asset protection, trust set-up and administration and advice regarding UK tax for international clients. Graham’s work also involves executry administration, advice on powers of attorney and provision of advice on the creation and administration of Scottish partnerships.
Graham read law at the University of Strathclyde, graduating in 2013. He obtained the Diploma in Legal Practice from the same university in 2014. Graham completed his traineeship with a firm of solicitors in Glasgow in 2016 and joined Turcan Connell in September of the same year. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, obtaining the Diploma in Tax and Estate Planning in February 2019.
Graham has been capped by the Scotland Sevens rugby team, played club rugby for Ayr RFC and West of Scotland FC and is a keen golfer and skier.
