I work on all aspects of inheritance tax planning, drafting wills, powers of attorney and trusts deeds. I also deal with complex executry estates, often involving business and farming enterprises and assets held in foreign jurisdictions.

It is important to me to listen to our clients in order to build a good understanding of their position before providing options and good clear advice that steers them towards a suitable solution. It is rewarding to become the ‘go-to’ person for all aspects of a family’s legal affairs – often spanning two or three generations – and guiding them through difficult and emotionally challenging times.
