Simran Panesar-Saggu

I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Scotland. I am experienced in dealing with tax and estate planning and complex executries for entrepreneurs and professionals. I also deal with contentious executries and have been involved in negotiations between executors and beneficiaries.

For me, giving good advice starts with having empathy for the client and really understanding their situation. I try to imagine what I would do if I was in their shoes and consider any difficulties or emotional situations they are facing. In some ways, the technical side is a given and clients really care about how you communicate with them and how you relate to them. I want clients to know that I am there for them, and I am in their corner and fighting their battles.
