I advise and represent clients in a variety of dispute resolution forums including court, mediation and arbitration. Although my practice reflects the very broad nature of our client base, I tend to specialise in four key areas: property disputes, contentious landlord and tenant matters, executry and trust disputes and commercial disputes.

There are no real secrets to giving good advice, just an ability to listen and ask the right questions to get to the core of the issue before communicating advice in a clear, concise and straightforward way. There is rarely a single answer to any question and, while it may be a cliché, dispute resolution is all about getting the best outcome for the client in any given situation whether that means going all the way to a full hearing and getting a decision in their favour, negotiating a settlement, or sometimes even just untangling the client from a difficult situation or potential claim.
