Lindsay McCulloch

I am involved in the many different areas of succession planning, asset protection, setting up trusts and advising on incapacity matters. I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and much of my work involves tax and estate planning for individuals, trusts and landowners. I also draft wills and administer executries.

I think it is important to listen to clients and communicate with empathy while providing clear and pragmatic advice that suits their individual needs. I like to take time to build a strong relationship so that I can fully understand each client’s goals. Those client relationships often extend to the next generation and it is rewarding to be able to help families and individuals through difficult times by being a trusted and reliable advisor who is always there to provide the advice they need.
