I am accredited as a specialist by the Law Society of Scotland and have practised almost exclusively in agricultural law since qualifying with Turcan Connell in 2007. I think it is important to deliver the right type of advice or dispute resolution strategy for each individual client – whether that then leads to an appearance in court, a mediation or more informal negotiations.

In every case, I really care about getting as good a result as possible and I like to work with clients and their agents to understand their needs as well as their legal rights. I take a lot of satisfaction from working closely with clients to resolve complex problems and find innovative solutions.
