Callum is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, who advises on a full range of transactional matters including company and business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholders agreements.  He has a particular specialism in equity investment transactions, having built up a wealth of experience advising investors and investee companies on deals ranging from business angel to venture capital and private equity investments, across a broad spectrum of business sectors, including: software; life sciences; fintech; electronics; and media.

In addition to his corporate transactional work, Callum regularly advises on commercial contracts and intellectual property, dealing with matters as diverse as patent and technology licence agreements, software development agreements, trade mark registrations and licensing and terms and conditions of business.  

He also advises family businesses on a full range of matters including corporate governance and structuring, partnership agreements, LLP Agreements, company secretarial matters  and commercial contracts; as well as advising charities and other third sector clients on constitutional and governance matters.

In addition to his legal qualifications and experience, Callum holds a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship and is committed to gaining a real understanding of clients’ businesses in order to ensure advice is tailored for their needs.
