Most of my time is spent on rural property matters, including the sale and purchase of farms, forests and estates, securities, servitudes and access issues. I am particularly interested in forestry and regularly deal with clients and their agents on forestry investments, assisting with new acquisitions to build up their portfolios.
I enjoy building a rapport with clients and believe in responsiveness and efficiency – and the ability to get transactions done first time and on time. I also enjoy problem solving and helping others turn something from a possibility to actuality.
