I have extensive experience in dealing with development land options, sales and purchases on behalf of landowners and developers as well as dealing with commercial property and leasing. I’m a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Property Law Committee.

I like to be proactive and approachable and form good relationships with clients, developing a strong understanding of their requirements. It’s rewarding to find solutions to each challenge and resolve issues as they arise and I always try to explain things to clients in clear and simple terms.
