Caroline McMillan

I advise individuals, families and trustees on a broad range of issues including asset protection, tax and succession planning. My work includes drafting wills and powers of attorney, advising on pre and post-death estate planning, delivering executry administration and creating (and advising on) trusts. I’m a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Scotland with an advanced certificate in UK tax for international clients.

I believe empathy is an important part of my work. It is vital to really listen to clients and develop an understanding of what they need to achieve while making them feel comfortable enough to open up and fully trust both me and the advice I provide. My aim is to provide peace of mind so that each client knows their affairs are being properly looked after and they can seek advice on complex issues, at any time.
