I advise UK and international private clients and trustees on tax and succession planning, trust law and charity law. I am dual qualified in Scottish and English law. In the field of tax and succession planning, I have a particular focus on the drafting of wills, trusts and the use of companies, partnerships and other wealth planning structures. I advise business owners on planning for disposals and tax efficient restructuring. I provide advice to a broad range of charities and national institutions. I also advise on the sale, purchase and loan of art, together with UK heritage issues.
