I have a strong interest in renewables and development sales but I also deal with all things property, from rural farm and estate transactions to residential conveyancing. It can be complex work, but I enjoy that side of the business and get a sense of satisfaction in helping clients navigate the complexity.

I am dual qualified to practice in Scotland and in England and Wales and I head Turcan Connell’s property law offering south of the border. Clients particularly value my expertise in dovetailing the simultaneous sale and purchase of residential property across those jurisdictions.
