Jack is a partner and corporate lawyer in our business law team dealing with mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, commercial agreements, joint ventures, partnership agreements and shareholder and subscription agreements and other governance arrangements, particularly in the context of family businesses and for entrepreneurs.

He also deals with cross-border work, advising foreign businesses on their setting up in the UK and advising UK Companies on establishing abroad, including advising UK Companies in identifying overseas Companies as trading partners and structuring that trading relationship.

Jack also has extensive experience in the structuring and financing of management buy outs and buy ins and advising more widely on the structuring of funding and investment deals.
