Area of practice

Grierson specialises in property law with an emphasis on farms and estates. Grierson acts for a broad range of clients in the purchase, sale and leasing of urban and rural properties. Having grown up on a south west Scotland farm, Grierson has a particular interest in agriculture and agricultural holdings reform and land reform issues and their impact on the rural sector. Grierson is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Agricultural Law and is ranked in Chambers and the Legal 500.

Grierson joined Turcan Connell as a trainee in 1999 having studied at the University of Edinburgh where he completed a degree in French and German before completing his degree in Law. Grierson became a Partner in April 2010.
