Graeme is a Partner specialising in tax, asset protection and succession planning. Graeme has a particular interest in capital taxation issues affecting landed estates and rural businesses involving trusts, partnerships and corporate structures. Graeme also deals with the preparation of wills and powers of attorney for clients, and is involved with the establishment, administration and termination of trusts. His work also involves the administration of estates and post death tax planning.

Graeme studied law at the University of Glasgow, graduating in 2006 (LLB Hons), before completing the Diploma in Legal Practice at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law. He joined Turcan Connell in 2008, qualifying as a solicitor and notary public in October 2010. Graeme was promoted to Associate in 2016, Senior Associate in 2018 and Partner in April 2019

Graeme is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
