I have extensive experience in the many legal aspects of rural land and property ownership and management. As a member of the Land and Property team, I find my work both interesting and challenging and always find a great sense of satisfaction in completing complex transactions for clients.

I regularly deal with high-value estate and farm sales and purchases as well as transactions involving forestry, salmon fishings, country homes, loans and securities, servitudes, leases, renewable energy projects and housing developments. There are so many facets of the modern rural economy affecting our clients and I advise on the implications of these for land managers and, in particular, work with a number of estate owners on the property aspects of their ongoing estate management.
