Niall Stringer

I advise clients with interests in land and property. I have a particular interest in, and considerable experience of, property development work and high-end residential purchases and sales. I have a specialist’s knowledge of complex property agreements, including development option and promotion agreements and conditional sale and purchase contracts.

My job is not just about knowing the law, it is about understanding the commercial landscape we operate in, knowing each client’s needs and wishes while appreciating the other side in a deal. It is about getting things done.

As solicitors, we are in a position of great trust and able to help clients achieve their aims. That is a pleasure and a privilege, as is teaching and mentoring the next generation of solicitors, working with my team and others in the firm and establishing strong and enduring relationships with colleagues and contacts, while having some fun.
