Mhairi Swanson

My work primarily involves various aspects of tax and succession planning, including drafting and advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney and Deeds of Trust. I also deal with the administration of executry estates and trusts.

I always aim to deliver the very best for my clients. As solicitors, we hold a position of significant responsibility and trust. I see this as a real privilege. I believe taking the time to listen and gain a clear understanding of what clients wish to achieve is essential, as is creating an environment where they feel comfortable to open up and have confidence in both me and the advice I offer.
