When I wrote last week I said that I would share with you some COVID-19-related information provided by colleagues from across Turcan Connell.
We have created a COVID-19 Hub on our website and here I want to share some of the areas we have been looking at. We examine the practicalities concerning the signing of wills and powers of attorney at this time, dealing with family law disputes, HMRC guidance and land and property issues including those related to Tenant Farmer Commissioner advice, leases and tenancy matters. We also share pertinent information for charities on how to hold meetings and AGM's in the present environment, as well as information on court business.
We will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday as planned, allowing our staff a well-deserved long Easter weekend. As always however should you need to contact us urgently please do so, and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
