Divorce and Family Law Partners, Alasdair Loudon and Gillian Crandles, today comment in The Scotsman on the implementation of the Arbitration (Scotland) Act 2010 and how it may allow the use of arbitration as an alternative to long-running litigation in the courts.

The Act allows disputes between spouses or cohabitants to be heard in front of an arbitrator who has been agreed upon by both parties.
