Maria Gancheva

I am a solicitor in the land and property department.  My work involves advising landowners, charities and business owners on a broad range of commercial property matters.  I focus primarily on all aspects of commercial leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants, as well purchases, sales, security work, and property support on business transactions. I also have a strong background in negotiating telecommunications agreements for landowners.

I enjoy working collaboratively with clients and pride myself on being an approachable and trusted individual for them to turn to.  I aim to provide balanced and pragmatic advice, which allows clients to achieve their commercial objectives whilst managing risk effectively.
