Juliet Peberdy

I specialise in English and Welsh property law and act on behalf of individuals, partnerships, companies and trusts across a wide range of property law matters. I have extensive experience in residential property transactions and also regularly act for clients in relation to rural, forestry and agricultural property matters and transactions. My principal areas of practice include buying and selling freehold and leasehold land and estates, including all related security work, and landlord and tenant matters.

I aim to deliver a bespoke service which provides clients with tailored, pragmatic and sensible advice. My goal is always to make things as easy as possible for my client and to guide them through their property matters as smoothly as possible.
