Juliet Peberdy

I specialise in English and Welsh property law and act on behalf of individuals, partnerships, companies and trusts across a wide range of property law transactions. I have extensive experience in residential property matters, regularly dealing with high-value, prime central London property. My principal areas of practice include buying and selling freehold and leasehold land, including all related security work, and landlord and tenant matters.

I am very conscious that clients’ experiences, particularly when dealing with residential property, can often be very personal and sometimes emotional. I aim to deliver a bespoke service which provides clients with the appropriate level of direction to guide them through their matters as smoothly as possible.
