I work with business owners and entrepreneurs in all areas of corporate work, from buying and selling companies to drafting shareholder agreements and articles of association, in particular for family investment companies. I also advise on the corporate aspects of company reorganisations, shareholder disputes and any other corporate matter that may arise, and work closely with other teams in Turcan Connell where business law input is required.
