Jillian Bynoth

My work is focused on commercial and business property and I am qualified to practice in Scotland, England and Wales. I cover all aspects of landlord and tenant work (including telecommunications mast sites) and property purchases and sales. I also tackle a very broad range of commercial property matters (together with any security and financing work related to the transactions) and I handle residential conveyancing for properties located in England and Wales.

While it is essential to have a good knowledge of the law, I believe it is important to develop a deep understanding of each client and their business so that the advice and recommendations I provide match their goals for the future. I like to keep clients informed and involved in the process so we can navigate the various options together. It is rewarding being a trusted advisors but I also enjoy the transactional side – getting deals done efficiently and on time.
