Jenny Younger

I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Scotland and my work is focused on estate planning and capital taxation. I also deal with the establishment and reorganisation of trusts as well as complex executries and post-death planning. While it is vital to keep fully abreast of developments in the law, it is also important to listen to clients’ needs and concerns and really get to know them.

I know clients value my pragmatic approach and my sound knowledge of the law but I also hope that my positive attitude makes me easy to deal with. It is always rewarding to make sense of complex situations for clients and to anticipate their needs and come up with solutions
