Jennifer Connolly

I specialise in advising individuals, families and business owners on succession and inheritance tax planning, the use and taxation of trusts, estate administration and adult incapacity matters. I have extensive experience in the administration of complex estates and in helping clients navigate the legal, tax and practical issues associated with wealth preservation and succession. I am a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), serve on the STEP Scotland Branch Committee and tutor on the Private Client Diploma in Legal Practice course at the University of Strathclyde.

For me, building trusted, long-term relationships with clients by providing clear, practical and tailored advice is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job. Known for my integrity, attention to detail and conscientious approach, I take the time to understand each client's circumstances and priorities.
