Jamie Seath

Prior to and since joining the Land and Property team at Turcan Connell in April 2024, my main practice area is acting for clients in complex and bespoke rural property transactions. My experience involves leading on purchases and sales of farms and estates across Scotland which incorporate a variety of property elements including residential property, loan financing, renewables energy projects, agricultural holdings and crofting.

I have a strong focus on delivering a result for my clients that they are not only satisfied with but ensuring that the process in achieving that outcome is clearly explained, and efficiently handled, every step along the way. I understand that each client is different and look to tailor my approach to suit accordingly.
