Hilary Busby

My work involves various aspects of tax and estate planning, including advising individuals, families and trusts on succession, asset protection and inheritance tax matters. I deal with drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and Deeds of Trust, as well as all areas of executry and trust administration.

I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having completed the STEP Diploma with Distinction.
