Hannah Wilson

I work in our divorce and family law team, advising clients on a broad range of family matters, including child-related disputes, financial provision on separation and divorce, and Sheriff Court proceedings. Before joining Turcan Connell, I developed a specialist practice in child law, and I continue to have a particular interest in cases involving children and families. I have significant experience supporting children, parents, and families through complex and often sensitive circumstances.

While I always aim to help clients reach practical and constructive solutions where possible, I am an experienced litigator with extensive experience of conducting contentious cases in the Sheriff Court. I understand the importance of thorough preparation and robust representation. I am committed to protecting my clients' interests and fighting their corner when court proceedings cannot be avoided. I am committed to ensuring my clients' voices are heard and their interests protected at every stage of the process.

I recognise that family disputes often arise at some of the most difficult and emotional times in a person's life and can be deeply personal and emotionally challenging. I am passionate about helping clients navigate these challenges with confidence, providing clear, pragmatic advice and support throughout the process.
