Hannah Duguid

I specialise in tax and succession planning for private clients and family trusts. My principal areas of expertise include advising on and drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, establishing trusts, providing inheritance tax advice and administering trusts and estates. I am fluent in German and have experience in providing advice to German and other cross border clients. I am also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

I aim to provide clients with tailored advice in a clear and concise manner. I am aware of the impact that significant life events can have and focus to assist with navigating those in a calm, practical and compassionate manner.
