I regularly advise on the preparation and drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorneys, executry administration, and the establishment of trusts and tax efficient structures for clients. I am also experienced in advising on the formation of personal injury trusts for clients who have received a payment in consequence of an injury and in dealing with guardianship administration. I regularly put my language skills in Spanish and Portuguese to the test when dealing with the FCO in matters relating to the legalisation of foreign documents
