As a member of the Land and Property team, my work is focused primarily on rural property transactions. I also have involvement in residential property, farm and estate purchases and sales, security and renewables transactions, agricultural tenancies and commercial developments.
With a fundamental understanding of rural business and my continued involvement in a family-farming partnership, I bring a practical understanding of clients’ needs and expectations. I am hugely interested in the legislation which has shaped and continues to influence agri-businesses in Scotland and enjoy helping our clients navigate its ever-increasing complexity.
