Duncan Bauchop

I specialise in dispute resolution and employment law matters. I provide advice and assistance to clients on a wide range of issues, including landlord and tenant disputes, contractual disputes, contentious and non-contentious employment law issues and succession disputes. I have experience dealing with cases in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland, the First-tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal, Employment Tribunal, the Sheriff Appeal Court and Court of Session. I am also able to assist with alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, if appropriate.
