Ciara Wilson

I work in our divorce and family law team, advising clients on a range of matters including financial provision on divorce, cohabitation and child-related matters. While I strive to resolve cases amicably outside of court, I have experience in raising proceedings in the Sheriff Court and I regularly instruct Counsel in the Court of Session. I am well-versed in the rigorous preparation required in such cases. I also have experience in the drafting of prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements.

I am there to support clients through what are often highly emotive and challenging situations, and I believe they appreciate my compassionate and sensitive, yet robust approach. I endeavour to alleviate concerns or fears, and to offer clients clear advice and guidance, aiding the most constructive resolution.
