Christopher Hoyle

My work is focused on renewable energy and commercial property matters. I have particular experience in leasing, servitudes and option agreements relating to telecommunication mast sites, cabling and renewable energy projects. I have also worked on Compulsory Purchase Order matters, advising landowners on the objection process and how they can protect their property interests in those circumstances.

I value providing targeted and clear advice to clients and enjoy working through complicated transactions in an efficient and commercial manner. I believe it is important to build a strong relationship with clients at the start of each transaction to ensure I have a good understanding of their priorities and deliver results accordingly.
