My work covers a broad range of issues including the preparation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney, asset protection, tax planning and trust and executry administration. I am particularly interested in estate succession planning, incapacity issues and succession planning for digital assets.
Our clients value my legal knowledge and understanding and my ability to apply it in the context of their personal circumstances and values. It is important to be able to see the whole picture before concisely and precisely presenting options with a targeted recommendation that represents the best way forward for the client’s individual and family circumstances. Ultimately, that is the really satisfying aspect of my work – feeling that I can make a difference to people’s lives.
