Andrew Nicholson

As a member of the Land & Property team in Turcan Connell, I cover a wide range of property law matters. My expertise lies in rural work, such as farm or estate purchases and sales, and complex security and voluntary registration work. I also tutor undergraduate students in Property Law, and Succession & Tax at the University of Edinburgh which allows me to remain focused on industry changes and to help nurture the next generation of legal talent.

I aim to approach my work with thoroughness and attention to detail, while ultimately maintaining focus on the key practical issues our clients face. I try never to lose sight of the human element which underlies all of the work we do.
